The host was very friendly and helpful! Room was perfect for 3 guests. The bed arrangement is very neat. The kid doesn't sleep beside you on a sofa - his sofa is around the corner so you kinda have two separate rooms. Comfy beds and pillows. The bathroom was great too. Breakfast was very good and varied. The lake view was gorgeous! The birds were singing!

Absolutely perfect accomodation with a good location and with fair price. Big, spacious, air conditioned and clean room with beautiful and clean private bathroom. Before the entrance to the house, there is a table with 2 chairs and with beautiful view, where every morning was a great coffee and bicuits waiting for us. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful cities like Montepulciano, Pienza and more were up to 30 minutes by car. Nature sourrounding the house was beautiful. There was a free parking in front of the house. 100% recommend!

II guincheteo is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Our hosts, Dominico and Angela were wonderful, kind and friendly. They were very informative about sights to see and places to visit and eat. The setting was gorgeous, a beautifully restored Tuscan country house with infinity pool overlooking olive trees, grape vines and the hills of Tuscany. We were a short drive 15-20 minutes to beautiful towns like Pienza and montipelciano. So a great spot to make home base. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of variety, fresh pastries, fruit, cheeses and meats, coffee, juice etc. eaten on a beautiful terrace overlooking the grounds. We also stayed for dinner 3 nights, Angela does all of the cooking and it was some of the best food we had on our trip! II Guincheto is a magical place and I truly hope we can visit again!
