We really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the location. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the hosts incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful; they have excellent recommendations if you are looking for things to do or places to eat. If you like sweets and cakes, the breakfast will surely be one of your favourite parts of your stay.

a super nice place to stay. 30 mins walk from spello train station. and 25 mins walk to spello. the walk is very enjoyable. bikes were available also for free. madame maria was super very welcoming and happy to assist on everything we demanded. welcoming atmosphere makes you feel at home. enjoy spello.unforgettable moments.something unique and different from other cities.

We were so lucky to stay at Fabrizio’s place, it is a beautifully maintained historic and much loved family home. Fabrizio was the most attentive host, he was kind enough to pick us up from the train station and drop us off to my brother’s wedding in town. He always made sure we were comfy and had everything we needed, giving us a helpful map with his own personal recommendations for restaurants, bars and points of interest to visit. Everything was clean, organised and it was just a wonderful experience to stay in such a beautiful home.

Boasting pool with a view and views of mountain, CASALE SAN FORTUNATO is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Spello, 14 km from Train Station Assisi.

The a beautiful historic property was beautifully renovated.The room was spacious with a fabulous panoramic view from the windows. it is on a vista that allows you to see Spello and the olive groves all around. there was a beautiful archway entrance to the pool of heavily blooming gorgeous dark pink roses. It was located in an area that wasn’t heavily populated and was very private. Yet it’s only minutes to the really amazing historic town of Spello. All, truly fabulous! Great made to order breakfast. Fabio the manager prepared it quickly and we’ll made with a smile on his face! We really liked him too!
