We stayed in the ground floor room, and it felt like a brand-new space, as if we were the very first guests to ever use it. It was modern, clean, nice bathroom and a stunning view of the Mekong River (Thailand). The room had a door opening to the garden, with tables and lights in the evenings. We immediately felt at home here. Jenny and the attentive staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even printed our documents (e-visa) for us and provided a ride to the airport. Additionally, they offered scooter rental. Although perfect for an overnight stay near the airport, we would have wanted to stay longer. The warm ambiance and amenities made it an unforgettable stay.

I booked a room by my mistake for a day earlier. I communicated with them if I could change the date or extend it with one day extra. They said that it was not possible as it was fully booked and they didn't charge me for the night I had wrongly booked. Very nice friendly staff.

Good location: Most of the sightseeing spots are within 10-15 minute walks. There are plenty of restaurants, groceries and supermarkets around the areas. You can take the air shuttle that costs only 15000 kips from the airport.

Greatly appreciate that I was able to check in at 10:00 after traveling from the states - and without hesitation. The location is not super central Vientiane but turned out to be perfect. You’re able to take the VTE airport bus to stop A3 then walk 10-15 min to the accommodation. Few minutes walk to a morning market for fresh fruits & food stalls. There is a very small local night street food market nearby as well as local street stalls along the way. The area is walkable. Room was basic but clean & comfortable. Hot water on demand, aircon worked great, large fridge. Mellow ambiance. Pool is kept in excellent condition & is a great addition! Only stayed one night before heading on to Vang Vieng. Hotel staff was able to easily book onward transportation travel. Will be staying there again prior to Laos departure.

The food prepared at the place was very well made and tasted very good. The air con worked really quickly and cooled the room fast. The staff working were all super helpful, always leading me to useful places like a money exchange and convenient stores. And the Thailand embassy is really really close if your here to get a visa.
