Our Hosts were Exceptional (and a very attractive couple I may add) and our stay here was a "Tie for First Place" in our 10 day tour of Portugal ! We enjoyed Leon (the peacock roaming around) and we had our own small porch area to sit outside (not far from the pool) to enjoy breakfast or later share a bottle of wine. Very rural area (and a bit of a challenge for the GPS) with what appeared to be small family farms / vineyards or fruit trees abounding nearby. Off season visit (late March) so the pool was used very little so very quiet but even then, not a place for any expected overcrowded pool noise. More a couple getaway location? Nice continental breakfast area and exceptional home grown orange and other juices and very fresh baked pastry and breaded treats! Very friendly but very respectful and quiet guests. Very quiet at night. (Maybe a dog barking briefly in the distance?) Glad this was one of our "book more than one night" locations! Our room (almost like an attached mini cottage) was of a small to moderate size but very comfortable. Bit of planning as restaurants a fair distance away. Mid point in our vacation and would definitely stay here again!

This place has the quality of a 5-Star luxury hotel at the price of a B&B. They invested a ton of money in having the absolute best quality and comfort for the guests from the bedroom to the beautiful bathroom to the common area. The Owners are a super-nice and hospitable couple. The breakfast is totally top-notch. Totally quiet, rural location, yet close to many interesting sites and not too far from town. We couldn't believe how pleasant this place was. We'd love to come back and stay for a few weeks and just relax.

Breakfast is also delicious and sufficient. The highlight is definitely the pool, which especially our little two-year-old daughter liked very much and is clean.

It's a small property with only 4 rooms, all of them with private terrace facing the swimming pool. The breakfast served by Alicia was amazing and very assorted: home made yoghurt, freshly baked bread, natural juice, pastries... Very quiet and relaxed ambiance. Breakfast basic. But good to start the day. And owners are very nice and helpful. Beaches are nearby. Some good restaurants. But a day at the pool is also good! We would have staid longer if we knew it was this nice!
