The service was excellent from the very beginning. Our rooms were available, clean and big enough. They also offered us parking for our cars, but most importantly they stayed with us during one hour in the night helping us to book ferry tickets from a Turkish website. We would not have done it without them, they even payed with their own credit card and allowed us to use the hotel data to filling the online forms. We strongly recommend to book with them.

We stayed here for 2 nights and surprisingly the location is very close to popular market. The hotel is right in front of Nostaljik Tram, and just a few meters to local resto, Koza Han, and Grand Mosque. The breakfast was perfect, and the room is comfortable with old time ambience. Surely will going back again!

Lovely peaceful place! Beautiful and atmosphere building has 170 years history. The room and the restaurant are cozy. We could hear sounds of river in our room and were enjoying nice view with mountains and night lights of the city.
