Refúgio Samauma features a garden, private beach area, a restaurant and bar in Manaus. The location was perfect and the journey was great, going through the Rio Negro it was very nice experience. The place was simple, cleaned and tidy. The reception was very nice with Lucas (we arrived a bit late but he was there) Raquel the employee of the Refúgio was very kind and friendly. Everything was great, the tour to meet the pink dolphin, the Indigenous community and the beach. I loved the experience of the jungle and the bathroom? Blow my mind! I loved it

Best choice ever, wonderful place, you experience life in the jungle, with comfort, and great food prepared by the Chef Edney, who was also very kind in showing my father how to prepare the delicious fish. You will feel safe, comfortable and at home. They treat you like family, Manoel our tour guide took the time to show us his village and meet the locals. The hotel is part of a very safe and welcoming community. There, everyone knows everyone, they help each other, they are very friendly, and most people are related, from the person who picks you up at the airport, to the tour guide, to those who work at the hotel, to the people at the attractions sites. We enjoyed it very much and it was the best experience ever, especially for my in-laws who had never been to Brazil before. Now they are in love with this place and can't wait to come back.

The property owner was super friendly and was responding to messages very quickly . All the locks are automatic. Safety and security is well maintained. The rooms were neat and clean. Water available 24/7. Hot water was available for shower.
