The staff were very welcoming and treated us like we were part of the village / family. The meals were excellent. The activities were well planned, interesting, diverse, and the pacing of the schedule was perfect for our family (which includes three small kids ages 6 and under, including one who naps midday). Our English-speaking tour guide was fantastic and spent more time with us than we ever expected. The lodge is also located in a village that has a number of great sustainability and development projects, so you get to live a bit of the quiet village life while also soaking up all the energy and passion of a community that is creating their own positive impact. Would highly recommend!
