The owner, Mr. Yani is very friendly and supportive; he speaks both French and English. As this area of Montreal is dominantly French-speaking, Mr. Yani's fluency in English was very helpful in finding my way around the community. The facility is literally a minute's walk from the bus stop and five minutes' walk from shops, restaurants, and KFC (KPF). If you love to cook, all the resources are available. It is a home away from home and indeed a 'comfort'
