We spent Christmas at Chesa Staila and Evelyn was the most amazing host. We are so grateful for this beautiful and magical holiday. Thank you for the care, the love, the warm welcome, and all the thoughtful little details — everything made our stay truly special. After a long 24-hour journey, Evelyn even helped us with directions so we could arrive safely. The food was delicious, the homemade liqueurs and breakfast were wonderful, and the candles and atmosphere made everything feel cozy and unforgettable. The place was very clean, comfortable, and in a lovely location. We had such a meaningful and memorable experience, and we will definitely be back. Thank you again for everything — from both of us, with love.

The room, building and facilities were very clean and modern. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve been in during our trip so far! It was very easy to communicate to owners when we were arriving and if we needed anything. I unfortunately became ill during our stay and the owner was gracious enough to bring me some soup as soon as he heard I wasn’t feeling well. We weren’t sure if we were going to need to stay an extra day or not, the owner was very flexible and made us feel at ease.

Great location in Zernez, possibly the most comfortable bed I've slept in in Europe, and the proprietor was lovely and great to talk with over breakfast. Definitely recommend if stopping through this cute town!

We slept with the rolling telescope roof door open but the quilts kept us warm. Breakfast was well thought out and delivered a varied and delicious start to the day.
