The staff were exceptionally kind and very helpful. The koi pond in the central garden is quite beautiful, and my son really enjoyed watching the fish swim. The breakfast was delicious as well. Staying here provided a very nice, relaxing setting away from the city landscape but was still conveniently located to most popular landmarks in Berlin. If given the opportunity to return to Berlin, I would definitely stay at Hotel Blumenbach again.

Very clean, nice location metro within walking distance (3 min). Comfortable rooms and very nice stuff. They let us leave our baggage until 15.00 even though we left our room at 11.00.

Window faces courtyard, so it is quiet in the room. The courtyard itself is locked during the nighttime. The room is clean and cosy in general, all the basic things needed for a comfortable stay are provided. The neighbourhood is quiet, bus stop and S-bahn station are close, and some big shops (Rewe, Lidl, Penny) are also at a walking distance. The lady at the reception is very nice and friendly.
