I very much enjoyed the customer service beforehand and during our stay. There was a little bit of a language barrier in person, but as I had learned German in the past, I was able to understand the staff rather well. The lady at the reception was super helpful, sweet and really positive. I very much enjoyed how she interacted with me and my toddler. I would rate the breakfast 10/10 and the atmosphere even higher. The room was great and more than enough for the two of us staying there. The TV had a great selection of apps and we were able to watch everything we wanted, mostly Bluey though. It was a very enjoyable experience and I appreciate the staff!

Bathroom was really clean and comfy but cleaning lady could change towels, so I wouldn't have one towel for 5 days.

Gostišče se nahaja v centru Berlina, le 50 m od podzemne postaje Wittenbergplatz in nekaj korakov od znamenite trgovine KaDeWe. Ponuja prostorne sobe, brezplačen WiFi in nekaj parkirnih mest. the stuff was so friendly and nice, the place was clean and nice ,the location was perfect 👌 and so lively every thing was so close ,and there is super market next door and every brand is a walking distance and a near bus station and metro.

Located in a quiet part of Lichtenberg in Berlin, this cosy hotel is just 500 metres away from the Nöldnerplatz city rail station, providing easy access to the city’s most popular sights. Window faces courtyard, so it is quiet in the room. The courtyard itself is locked during the nighttime. The room is clean and cosy in general, all the basic things needed for a comfortable stay are provided. The neighbourhood is quiet, bus stop and S-bahn station are close, and some big shops (Rewe, Lidl, Penny) are also at a walking distance. The lady at the reception is very nice and friendly.

Nastanitev Pension Wernicke-Das-Original se nahaja v Berlinu, 14 km od znamenitosti Muzej Topographie des Terrors, in ponuja teraso, sobe za nekadilce, brezplačen WiFi ter bar. The room was basic but had everything I required. There's a delicious Thai restaurant in the same building and many other dining choices nearby, including a large grocery store. This neighborhood is outside of the historical part of Berlin but there are busses and the S Bahn close by and it is quiet and felt very safe. Getting in was easy as well. Served my purpose...it was clean and the manager was very friendly.
