Mostafa is a true gentleman , always polite and with welcoming smile he is looking after his guests providing free water all the time and will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and safe.He can organize drivers with car to bring you anywhere you want with good prices . He let me stay in another room for free after checking out hours before my flight so I was able to rest and prepare for my journey.Highly recommended place to stay.

Ideally set in the Giza district of Cairo, Pyramids Island is situated 500 metres from Great Sphinx, 1.4 km from Giza Pyramids and 15 km from Cairo Tower. We loved this property. It appears to be a family-run business, and they’ve clearly put a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Our room, Number 222, had a perfect view of the Pyramids — from the balcony we could see all three pyramids and the Sphinx at the same time. From the rooftop (currently under construction), the property offers the highest vantage point in the area and a direct, unobstructed view of the three pyramids and the Sphinx. Hadeer was also very helpful; she kept an eye on our belongings after we checked out until we returned from the GEM. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely come back in the future.

Everybody was so incredibly kind and helpful. Wow. Beds were very comfortable. From helping with our bags, to making sure we had everything we needed, to promptly serving us breakfast each morning (whatever time we requested), Abdul and his staff were just fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Giza!

Amazing hotel, clean and very relaxing with an amazing view of the pyramids. Breakfast was various and delicious, and the staff were truly friendly and kind to us. The hotel’s location is also very close to the pyramids.

You can see the pyramids through the window. Also breakfast included with this price so that's awesome. Now the owners. Probably the most kind, welcoming and honest people you'll meet in Egypt. No joke. Will help you with anything. Need dinner - they'll make very delicious food for you so you won't get scammed somewhere else. Need to exchange money - they'll also do that for you (they take nothing, you get the rate that is on google). Need water - they'll go to the shop for you so you won't get charged more money than you should. And much more stuff they are willing to do just to make you comfortable. Best people I've met in Egypt.

We had a great time at the Crystal pyramid inn, thanks to Kareem and Tarek! Amazing view from the terrace, good breakfast and good restaurant. Fair prices. The neighbour is not the best but it's super quiet and in a strategic position for visiting the great pyramids.
