The hotel is very clean, well organized, and clearly well managed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and always kept in perfect condition. Housekeeping does an amazing job every day, paying attention to even the smallest details, which really makes a difference. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a wide variety of options available every day, all fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality was consistently very good, and there was something for everyone. The restaurant areas were also clean and pleasant, which made every meal enjoyable. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single person we met was kind, polite, and professional. The team is always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help at any time. They genuinely care about the guests and go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. Their positive attitude really adds a lot to the overall experience. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and a very relaxing experience. Ideally set in the Giza district of Cairo, Pyramids Island is situated 500 metres from Great Sphinx, 1.4 km from Giza Pyramids and 15 km from Cairo Tower. Very close to the Giza ticket office. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. Ready to help in any way. I got the room which had Pyramid view which was wonderful. This hotel is on 3rd floor but they carried our luggage to the room. The room was very clean, Bathroom also clean. Toiletary and towel everything available. Staff was available all the time ready to help. They have another hotel where you can enjoy Pyramid view during breakfast. Good quality breakfast . I loved the variety of cheese and egg. Close to many restaurants and other convenient stores.
