The hotel is very clean, well organized, and clearly well managed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and always kept in perfect condition. Housekeeping does an amazing job every day, paying attention to even the smallest details, which really makes a difference. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a wide variety of options available every day, all fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality was consistently very good, and there was something for everyone. The restaurant areas were also clean and pleasant, which made every meal enjoyable. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single person we met was kind, polite, and professional. The team is always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help at any time. They genuinely care about the guests and go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. Their positive attitude really adds a lot to the overall experience. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and a very relaxing experience. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. We loved this property. It appears to be a family-run business, and they’ve clearly put a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Our room, Number 222, had a perfect view of the Pyramids — from the balcony we could see all three pyramids and the Sphinx at the same time. From the rooftop (currently under construction), the property offers the highest vantage point in the area and a direct, unobstructed view of the three pyramids and the Sphinx. Hadeer was also very helpful; she kept an eye on our belongings after we checked out until we returned from the GEM. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely come back in the future.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Hany, who welcomed us warmly and treated us like at home, assisting us with many things. We booked some of the enjoyable tours through the hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The rooftop terrace has perfect views of the pyramids, which are very close by. Don't hesitate to stay here.
