Free breakfast was a simple bonus I had not counted on. Value here is worth the price!

Located in Confolens, Chez Jack Confolens is a recently renovated accommodation, 32 km from Val de Vienne Circuit and 39 km from The Cormenier. Jack and his wife were absolutely marvelous and the location was perfect (just overlooking the river)! Would definitely recommend to stay at Jack's if you are travelling through Confolens.

This was a lovely 1845 house in a quiet neighborhood just a ten-minute Walk from the center of town (cathedral, town hall, shopping, restaurants). Very friendly and helpful proprietors. Delicious breakfast of fruit from her orchard, eggs from her chickens, and just baked clafouti.
