Clean Spacious rooms, in an old historic building full of art antiques and interesting interior designer touches. The owners obviously have a passion for their space. Free breakfast was a simple bonus I had not counted on. Value here is worth the price!

Very lovely owners, really great value and all the services you need. The rooms are nice and spacious enough, and for a private room I think it is very great value.

Located in Confolens, Chez Jack Confolens is a recently renovated accommodation, 32 km from Val de Vienne Circuit and 39 km from The Cormenier. Can hardly find the words to describe location , service and proactive hosts , it was beyond amazing 😍 ; beautiful rooms with a perfect mix of rustic authentic setting , comfortable , warm and super-accommodating , i slept like a baby ; the hosts even tidied my clothes after i left for the day and the breakfast-spread was wonderful and plenty. Warm and hearty welcome , nice conversation , plenty tips for to-do's in the area and super suggestions in my case for looking for wonderful properties to acquire in this beautiful area ; Confolens is absolutely one of the nicest towns in this region. The hosts truly found their calling here , we will definitely be back for our next scouting ;)

We loved everything about our stay. Jez and his lovely wife were super accommodating and made us feel super welcome. Also the town and surroundings were wonderful. We are just sorry to find out too late that Jez is also a master chef. Next time :)
