The hosts Jack & Carmel are lovely, friendly and kind people. The balcony and view of the river great. The room was large, quiet and v. clean. Breakfast was awesome

Beautifully designed and decorated, friendly welcome, great breakfast! Easy parking but beware the steep hills to get into town if you are on foot. Very nice stay, highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodation and property with peaceful surroundings. The room was lovely with an ensuite toilet and shower and had a very comfortable bed. The shared kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of space. The host was very friendly, showed me a local walk, and gave other local recommendations. The outside space was great for my dog, and plenty of parking on site. I loved everything about this place.

Set in Linars, within 9.2 km of Hirondelle Golf Course and 33 km of Cognac Golf Course, Château de Moulède offers accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The hosts were friendly but not intrusive and you felt at ease sharing their home. The chateau had been restored to a very high standard, keeping many original features but with some modern additions. Our room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Other areas of the house were also available for residents to use. The grounds were well tended and nice to stroll around, and outside seating was also present. A fresh and tasty breakfast was provided in a light and airy room and was buffet style. The chateau was located in a quiet location yet was quite close to a main town. Our dog was welcomed :)

We loved everything about our stay. Jez and his lovely wife were super accommodating and made us feel super welcome. Also the town and surroundings were wonderful. We are just sorry to find out too late that Jez is also a master chef. Next time :)
