This is the perfect location for a truly relaxing and zen vacation. It’s the best place to take work off of your mind and embrace the beauty of both the sea and forested hills. The water in the pool is straight from the sea. Although breakfast isn’t available, the villa has a kitchenette stocked with free pastries, coffee, tea, butter, jam. The owners make the stay even more enjoyable. We got to spend time with Dimitris and his family and it’s been amazing. They give you also tips for places to visit, where to eat at, the beaches to check out. For sure we’ll be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Vateri in Limni! The apartment was cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The view was absolutely stunning — both from the room and from the pool area. We especially loved the homemade breakfasts, which were delicious and made with care. The pool was very clean and had an incredible view, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were warm and welcoming. The location is peaceful yet close to the center of Limni and the beach. We’re so happy we chose this place and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Set on an elevated position, just a few metres away from the beach of Pili, Xenia Residence offers spacious, modernly decorated studios and apartments with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. The breakfast was definitely among top 5; it was a selection from a rich menu where all of our change requests were accepted. We stayed for one week and it was one of the highligts of our vacation. Same place also offers dinner service, which was the best restaurant we have visited in the island. The room was quite big; my wife got sick and had to stay in the room for 3 days. She said at least our flat / room was so comfortable it did felt good to stay. We had 3 balconies which were highly enjoyable. Kitchen, table, enough space for our staff. There is a very clean private pebble beach with 5 min walking distance, they borrowed us umbrellas and towels to use it there. Organized beach was a bit further down the road - 3 min driving distance. Overall great service/food/space - thanks a lot for everything

Soula on the front desk was fantastic and friendly. She went above and beyond to help us with our onward journey which was a little tricky and went perfectly, thanks to her. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need. The location for catching a ferry could not be closer.
