Andrea, the host, is very attentive. The place is very close to the main activities in the historic Split. The area is very safe. Nice private building where you can walk to the beach. Night life on the beach is nice.

A recently renovated property, East Coast Deluxe Rooms is situated in Split near Bacvice Beach, Diocletian's Palace and Split City Museum. Anita was a perfect host & very attentive from the moment we booked,we stayed in room1 which was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay,the apartment is situated in a very quiet road but only a 2 mins from a small beach,5mins to the port and 10 mins to the main boardwalk full of restaurants,coffee shops

Safe area, not too busy but walking distance to Old Town.. 10 min walking distance to a Trstenik Beach, which expands onto the newly made super fancy and fun Split boardwalk. Adjacent coffee shop w complimentary welcome drink Hvala 🤗 Welcoming entrance, awesome private sundeck and pool, cool rooftop deck and Jacuzzi with plenty space to lounge w ocean view. Rooms were nice, AC was already on and it was much appreciated since it was close to 40°C that day. Very modern with everything that we needed, super comfy soft bed. And most importantly super welcoming and accommodating.owner and staff. We got locked out and he was there in a minute, I had a question about the ferry and the front desk staff was super helpful and placed a call on my behalf. We already checked out but my boys wanted to watch a soccer game so the owner asked the coffee staff to set it up for us to watch. As a rental owner myself, I really do appreciate the attentiveness.
