Everything was better and more beautiful than in the pictures, welcome drink in the cafe, and free coffee in the morning. The room was modernly decorated and equipped with a large TV. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly.

Casa Columba is a beautiful boutique hotel located right off of one of the most charming streets in Makarska. It’s an easy 5 minute walk from the main bus station, making it an easy spot to travel in and out of Makarska. While it’s tucked away in a quiet corner, it’s only a short walk to great restaurants, stores and beaches. The adults-only hotel is beautifully renovated, and very charming. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, masterfully decorated, exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable. The host, Dino, clearly took a lot of pride in crafting an oasis with this entire space. He, Yan Yan, and Eddie were welcoming and kind, and as a solo traveler I felt both safe and incredibly comfortable. I have to call out Yan Yan in particular for being especially thoughtful, professional and warm. He really helped set a positive tone at the start of every day with exceptional service at breakfast and throughly the day with thoughtful suggestions and recommendations. I can’t say enough about how wonderful he was - his energy was a cherry on top of an already lovely stay. I look forward to recommending Casa Columba to friends and family, and returning again one day!

Perfect, clean and cosy room within walking distance to Split airport (approx. 10 min). Hostess is very friendly. Thank you very much!

Villa Fontana está em Trogir, a poucos passos do centro, e oferece acomodação com ar-condicionado, Wi-Fi grátis e restaurante. Public Beach fica a 13 minutos a pé de distância. Trogir was one of the highlights of our visit to Croatia. Our stay at Villa Fontana was excellent, right in the heart of Trogir. Marin [owner] was most helpful with our luggage and parking. The hotel was in the middle of shops, restaurants and the beautiful promenade. We took the bus [about 20-25 minutes] to Split to avoid parking headaches. Highly recommend!!! Also, Trogir is close to Split airport.
