We stayed in the mountain view room for two nights. Since it was the rainy season, we didn't visit Bromo but instead spent time exploring the nearby villages and viewpoints to soak in the volcanic atmosphere. The room was clean and cozy with plenty of hot water and a stunning view. The hosts were incredibly warm and friendly, always ready with helpful information. We also loved the delicious organic home-cooked meals! Highly recommended-this is the perfect place to experience Bromo and the local culture.

Mountain Ecolodge está ubicado en Gubukklakah, a 23 km de Velodrome Malang y a 24 km de Bentoel Museum. Such a beautiful setting, Mountain Ecolodge was a perfect place to base myself for visiting Bromo. Mary the host is so kind and I really enjoyed my time here. Super peaceful and an amazing view of the landscape ❤️

What a lovely place! Incredible atmosphere, the breakfast was so delicious, and very affordable. I wish we stayed there longer! There's a carp pond where you can feed the fishes, so cute! The place is simple, but very clean and has everything you need. The shower is hot, and very pleasant. They have trips available, as well as laundry services and motorbike rental. If you're looking for a place that will make you feel at home, look no further. The owners are so lovely, and speak very good English. They are very helpful and welcoming. For me, the interior looked like something out of a fairytale - colourful windows, carved, wooden doors, plants, fishes, and a lot of decorative trinkets. The wifi was very fast - I was finally able to download and upload stuff. I already miss this place!

I really loved the location — it feels like the countryside, close to the rice fields. I wish I could’ve stayed longer; it’s such a peaceful place with crickets singing at night and a very cozy atmosphere. The property is extremely clean, and the room was very spacious, beautifully decorated with wooden furniture, and had a small terrace. The cottages are surrounded by greenery, and there’s also a restaurant on-site. The staff were absolutely lovely, and it was easy to order a Grab from here. You can even see the temple from a distance — such a charming place!

Tienes un pequeño jardín en la entrada , no parece que estés en medio de la ciudad, tienes todos los puntos de interés a 5 minutos en coche.El trato de los propietarios fue increíble, el segundo día tuvimos un problema con un cajero automático y el hijo de la propietaria nos acompañó a dos diferentes bancos para solucionarlo.

The guesthouse is built by a dutch couple who has lived in Indonesia for almost 20 years. They build this place step by step and maintain the condition of housing with considerable intention. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with many details to discover, such as the old wooden furniture from East Timur and the garden panorama designed according to specific slope angle. The local host in charge is an Indonesian couple. They are super friendly and willing to share life stories with guests. Cats and dogs in the facility are well taken care of. It is highly recommended to read the booklet of the "History of Rumah Lereng Bandung" during the stay. In sum, this is one of the best place that I've ever stayed.

INNI Homestay, ubicado en Malang, a 2 km de Araya Golf & Family Club y a 6,1 km de Museum Mpu Purwa, ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, bicicletas gratis y una terraza. Very clean, the smell of the house was immaculate. The staff were very polite,friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Lena and Ana for helping us arrange our transportation going to Malang and our trip to Bromo. They even checked of we reached the terminal when we left. They treat you as family rather than guests.

Rumah Gandrung está ubicado en Ngabean, a 14 minutos a pie de Museo Sonobudoyo y a 1,5 km de Palacio Presidencial de Yogyakarta. Owner was amazing and cooked wonderful breakfast every morning. Good location and very comfy.
