The place is just beautiful!! Fully renovated and very well thought out. We had the 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms on the top floor which had a spectacular view of the rolling hills of Barolo. A nice kitchen for breakfasts and the parking is perfect. We felt right at home. It’s nice to have restaurants nearby that you can walk to if you do not wish to drive out. Bellissimo posto Francesca! It is clean, modern and incredibly well thought out. The gentleman on reception was so helpful within checking in, recommendations and anything else. The bed was so comfortable and shower amazing. We also had a beautiful little terrace. The room had a kettle with selection of drinks, which is a rarity in Italy. Special shout out to local restaurants petit bistro and La gemela- excellent.

I had such a wonderful stay at La Meridiana d'Alba and can’t recommend it highly enough. The owners were absolutely lovely, so warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They even gave me a lift to the train station when I was leaving, which saved me from dragging my suitcase over cobblestones in the heat. Such a kind gesture! The room itself was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly (a real bonus in summer), and there was a huge patio off the room that was perfect for relaxing. They’d thought of everything: snacks, breakfast items, coffee, water, you name it. The location is ideal too, peaceful yet just a short walk from the heart of Alba and several great cafes and restaurants near it. I only wish I could have stayed longer. This place is a real gem and I’d absolutely stay again!
