يقع Real Rooms في لا سبيتسيا على بعد 5 دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام من محطة لا سبيتسْيا المركزية للقطارات و1.2 كم من ميناء العبارات، ويوفر كلاهما وصلات إلى مُتنزّه سينك تير الوطني التابع لليونسكو. Everything was perfect, the room ans toilet is beautiful. It was easy to find the location and we have got clear instructions from the host about self check-in because we uave arrived late in the evening. There is also opportu ity to park your car in a private parking lot. It has an additional fee but it worths every penny around here if you can get such a parking opportunity. No stress fro finding a free parking lot and figuring out for how long you can leave your car there and how much that would cost etc... Communication with the host was suoer easy and smooth. We even met him when we left and he is a very cool, kind and hospital guy. We can highly recommend this room for any couple if you plan to stay in La Spezia.

Located in Dolceacqua, Talking Stones is characterised by exposed stone walls in all rooms. It has a shared terrace offering panoramic views of Doria Castle, 400 metres away. Amazing place. I felt like home

The room was very comfortable and clean, but I would say that the jem of this accommodation is the breakfast. It is diverse and fulfilling, unlike the usual italian breakfast, and you get a full continental one. On top of this, the owners are outstandingly kind and welcoming, and you can see this in every square centimeter of the accommodation. Highly recommended, and we'd definitely like to visit again.

They took the time to point out everything and answered all our questions. They gave us great recommendations for our stay and the room was truly fantastic. The hotel is tucked into a quiet street in the center of town making it a prime location to fully experience Cinque Terre. A must stay!!!
