Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Located in Dolceacqua, Talking Stones is characterised by exposed stone walls in all rooms. It has a shared terrace offering panoramic views of Doria Castle, 400 metres away. Charming, beautifully restored stone house blends perfectly with the historic village atmosphere. The rooms are cozy, well-decorated, and full of character, offering a perfect mix of comfort and authenticity. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious options to start the day. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the picturesque bridge and castle.

We had an overnight stay at this B&B and it was amazing. The room was very comfortable and clean, but I would say that the jem of this accommodation is the breakfast. It is diverse and fulfilling, unlike the usual italian breakfast, and you get a full continental one. On top of this, the owners are outstandingly kind and welcoming, and you can see this in every square centimeter of the accommodation. Highly recommended, and we'd definitely like to visit again.

Our hosts were so welcoming, polite, and accommodating on arrival. They took the time to point out everything and answered all our questions. They gave us great recommendations for our stay and the room was truly fantastic. The hotel is tucked into a quiet street in the center of town making it a prime location to fully experience Cinque Terre. A must stay!!!

Lina Suites was more than great. Super clean, location was perfect, staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. Was the cleanest place we stayed in Italy!

Very cozy, warm, clean and newly furnished apartments. Delicious breakfast, cooked by the host himself. Convenient location, you can reach the town on foot in 10-15 minutes. The apartments have a parking space.
