The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

While many vendors in Cinque Terre felt automated and impersonal, this Airbnb truly stood out. The hosts went above and beyond, adding a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome. Amazing stay — highly recommend!

It was clean, modern with a great location. The service was outstanding, and the communication Stefano was great. He always answered quickly and did whatever he could to make our stay as good as possible. He met us when we arrived, helped us with our luggage (it was a lot) and he had fixed a parking spot for us right outside the apartment. He even bought a special orthopaedic pillow to us that was placed outside our door. We have actually nothing bad to say. It was a bit noisy outside, but that is to be expected when staying so close to everything.
