Amazing location - close to all sightseeing places. Everything was reachable on foot. The room was ready before the arrival and we were provided with the entrance code. We were informed on the arrival day a bit earlier that TV is not working and as a compensation were given a coupon for coffee and sweet in an amazing local cafeteria. Room had everything we needed including a nice terrace.

Excellent Experience in Garda Relais Our stay in this hotel was incredible, and much of that experience was due to the wonderful service we received. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and professional. One particular moment that truly stood out was when our car broke down during the trip. We were understandably concerned, but the team was incredibly helpful and proactive. They quickly assisted us with the car repair, coordinating everything and offering the support we needed so that our trip wasn't affected. This experience exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, exceptional service, and top-notch customer care. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!

Residenza Elisabetta is conveniently located in the heart of Verona.
