The staff were kind and friendly and knowledgeable - it was incredibly welcoming and comfortable to stay there. The dinosaur decorations everywhere were the cherry on top of the atmosphere!

A beautiful traditional house, surrounded by a japanese garden in a quiet area, conveniently close to the railway station and bus stop. The landlady is charming and welcoming. It is well equipped witha complete kitchen. And private onsen ! Thank you !

Bare 26 kilometer fra Fukui International Activities Plaza og 26 kilometer fra Phoenix Plaza ligger 越前海岸 ゲストハウス オーシャンズ Echizen Seaside Guesthouse OCEAN'S, som tilbyr overnatting med klimaanlegg og... Nori was very welcoming, even under short notice. We had everything we needed and the futons were comfortable. The Echizen coast is very beautiful, I would definitely recommend!

I Echizen-shi, bare 18 kilometer fra Fukui Prefecture Industrial Hall og 24 kilometer fra Fukui International Activities Plaza ligger 京町レジダンス. By far my favourite place to stay in Japan so far. The ladies who welcomed us was so incredibly sweet; they showed us around and one of them even took us to the local shrine so my kids could enjoy the ice cream I had purchased from their sister store.

Large modern home, parking outside the front door, quiet neighbourhood, fully equipped kitchen, huge rooms, air-conditioning in every room, dimmable lighting, oversize very comfortable beds - amongst the best we’ve slept on in Japan.

I Ōno, bare 26 kilometer fra Eiheiji-tempelet og 29 kilometer fra Fukui Prefecture Industrial Hall ligger 貸切宿 だんねだんね Private guest house Danne-Danne. The house is absolutely wonderful, it seems to come out from anime!! Personally I had it all for myself, but it's so big it's great also for families! Yukie-San, the owner, was so welcoming and went above and beyond to help me in every possible way, from the amenities, to local gifts, to tips where to eat, what to try and experience. She even helped me with the links and maps positions of so many places and was always quick at answering! I promise you'll feel at home here and won't regret staying here even if it's just for a couple of nights!

I Sakai, 20 kilometer fra Phoenix Plaza, ligger Tsumesyo Mikuni, som har gratis sykler, gratis privat parkering og en hage. The house is beautifully designed and has plenty of space to hang out and eat. The location is good for walking around the cute town of Mikuni.

I Fukui, bare 20 kilometer fra Phoenix Plaza og 21 kilometer fra Fukui International Activities Plaza ligger Echizen Guesthouse TAMADA. It's an old traditional building and the renovated warehouse is fantastic.

I Tsuruga, 14 minutters gange fra Kehi Jingu-helligdommen, ligger ほぼ家, som har en hage, privat parkering, en fellesstue og en restaurant. Very relaxing and clean, with comfortable traditional bedding and cozy shared living space. Highly recommended to others.
