It’s a 100-year-old traditional Japanese house so the atmosphere was calm and nostalgic. The location was perfect, it’s near one of the oldest shrines in Japan and just a short walk from the bus station. And last but not least, the owner was super friendly and helpful!!

ぽつぽつあん ligt in Ise, op 5 minuten lopen van Oharai-machi, 400 meter van heiligdom Sarutahiko, en 18 minuten lopen van Nationaal Park Ise-Shima. This stay was absolutely fabulous! My husband and I stayed here as our home base for a nearby event and it exceeded our expectations. The host was amazing and even gave us a small gift since he knew we were in Japan for our honeymoon. The home is a perfect blend of modern and traditional - the tatami mats were pristine, the design was thoughtful, and we loved the kotatsu. The location was wonderful - on a quiet street, steps away from a convenient Family Mart, and just a short walk from Oharaimachi St and the inner Shrine (the highlights of our whole trip!). We love this spot and hope to stay here again in the future :)

ATASHIKADAYS Kumano-Kodo Beachfront B&B Hostel heeft uitzicht op de zee, en biedt accommodatie met een terras en een balkon, op 11 km van Ubuta Shrine. Great location by the beach. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly host. A lot of special touches like fresh orange juice, fresh baked goods. A very enjoyable sea kayak tour. Highly recommend that you let them cook dinner for you!

You stay/rent a Japanese house all for your self. Perfect for traveling with family, and/or a group of friends that needs a washing machine, and peace and quiet. Its next to the main road, but traffic is not a lot on weekdays and as the house has its own fence, it blocks direct sound from the road. For night time, you would not hear a thing.
