I Ise, bare 8,6 kilometer fra Ise Jingu-tempelet og 8,2 kilometer fra Oharai-machi ligger Guesthouse Ise Futami. This is the most comfortable guest house with the most amenities that I have experienced. I really appreciate the large bathrooms. I am a bicyclist and this guest house puts an emphasis on bicycling, which is fantastic. They even have a small herb garden if you decide to make dinner at the house.

Fantastic location, extremely personable staff thanks to the wonderfully friendly Yossey who runs this guesthouse. He was helpful and kind, and talking with him and other guests in the house was a highlight of my trip. Beautiful house as well if you want to experience a traditional Japanese house structure without paying high prices for a ryokan.

I Suzuka, bare 14 kilometer fra Suzuka Circuit og 25 kilometer fra Nagashima Spa Land ligger すずかのおやど Suzuka Inn. The place was exceptionally clean and spacious with very comfy beds. Thank you for hosting us!

ぽつぽつあん ligger i Ise, 5 minutters gange fra Oharai-machi, 400 meter fra Sarutahiko-helligdommen, og 18 minutters gange fra Ise-Shima nasjonalpark. This stay was absolutely fabulous! My husband and I stayed here as our home base for a nearby event and it exceeded our expectations. The host was amazing and even gave us a small gift since he knew we were in Japan for our honeymoon. The home is a perfect blend of modern and traditional - the tatami mats were pristine, the design was thoughtful, and we loved the kotatsu. The location was wonderful - on a quiet street, steps away from a convenient Family Mart, and just a short walk from Oharaimachi St and the inner Shrine (the highlights of our whole trip!). We love this spot and hope to stay here again in the future :)

ATASHIKADAYS Kumano-Kodo Beachfront B&B Hostel tilbyr overnatting med en terrasse og balkong i tillegg til utsikt over sjøen. Her bor du bare 11 kilometer unna Ubuta Shrine. This place is a wonderful place to explore the beautiful area from. The accommodation is a lovely mix of modern and traditional, very peaceful, and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The homemade bagels were the best I've ever had, and I've had a lot of bagels from around the world! Also, he provides wonderful freshly squeezed mandarin juice from the hosts farm. I loved this place and would go back in a heartbeat!

I Ema, bare 12 kilometer fra Haze Botanical Garden og 12 kilometer fra Ceramic Art Place by Kenji Azuma ligger Kamenarien. Very interesting place. Area of outstanding natural beauty. Guest house has plenty of room, and good facilities. Hosts are welcoming and helpful. Recommend an evening visit to local Onsen, see if you can spot the wild turtles in rivers on the way.

伊勢ゲストハウス紬舎-Ise Guesthouse Tsumugiya- is located 550 metres from North Exit of Iseshi Station, and 750 metres from Ujiyamada Station. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. It's 10 minutes walk to Iseshi station in a quiet neighborhood, making it a convenient base for exploring Ise. The guesthouse is a renovated old house which was quite nice with a comfortable living room for relaxing. I was glad to see that the bunk beds were solidly constructed (no creaking or shaking when occupying the upper bunk). The staff were very friendly too.

The guesthouse is located within 1 km from Ise-shi and Ujiyamada stations. So it is quite easily accessible. The facilities are top notch and owners and staffs are extremely humble, helpful, lovely, and kind. I really enjoyed my stay.
