Boasting pool views, Casa de la Costa provides accommodation with an infinity pool, around a few steps from Troncones Beach. Loved the intimacy of the 3-room boutique. Staff was fantastic. Place is kept immaculate. Can't beat the pool either. I rented a bike and was bopping back and forth to town at least 1-3 times a day. You can also walk to town, but I prefer to zip around vs walk in the heat.

Located in Taxco de Alarcón, Guerrero region, Hostal Amate Taxco is situated 200 metres from Santa Prisca de Taxco. It is set 29 km from Cacahuamilpa National Park and offers a tour desk. Great location, just a 6 minute walk to the plaza. Taxco is all stairs so be mindful of that! The place was very clean, and the staff were super nice and happy to strike up conversation. I got lucky and in a 6-bed room I had the whole place to myself one night, and just one other person in the room the second night. Warm water works great and bathrooms are actually very elegant for a hostel!

The location is perfect—a peaceful retreat with easy access to the beach and good restaurants. Our room was spacious, spotless, and super comfy. But the real showstopper? That rooftop infinity pool! Jaw-dropping bay views, unreal sunsets, and great chats with fellow guests. And the breakfasts? Absolute perfection—different style of eggs, banana pancakes, fruits, juice, coffee... engaging conversations with Humberto and Jesus, and sunshine every morning... and the cherry on top: Mica's very entertaining kitty morning show :-) We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to come back!

Situated in the centre of Acapulco, Casa Lisa has an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, free WiFi, and free private parking for guests who drive. It was like being in museum. Was fascinating to walk around, use the amenities and think it was once someone’s private residence.
