The staff was extremely cordial and helpful. When we decided to just make sandwiches for dinner, they provided plates and silverware. We left an article behind and they helped us to recover it by sending it on to us in Mexico City. Very close to centro histórico. There was a party in the park close by and the rooms were noise proof. This was a last minute booking and the receptionist did the best she could to help us. The room was a great size, very comfortable and had a great sized TV. The shower was hot, the bathroom was spacious and easy to access. It felt very secure and comfortable especially for a budget hotel. Amenities were great, there's a small gym to get a small workout in. The decoration was great and it was a charming experience.
