We always prefer to stay in authentic, unique places, and Ha La Bodrum exceeded our expectations. It's a beautiful stone house with five bedrooms, originally owned by the family's grandparents. The grounds are beautiful too, with gorgeous seating areas, lots of friendly cats and kittens, and lovely bougainvillea. The family went out of their way to help us--from setting up dinner reservations, to leaving a lovely bottle of wine in our room to celebrate our anniversary, to helping our tour guide find the property. The breakfast was fantastic, and they also served us afternoon iced coffees. We had the big suite, which is so cool. The stairs may be a problem for some, but they weren't an issue for us. We loved every bit about our stay and would love to visit again someday. The WiFi and AC worked flawlessly, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was fantastic! Thank you so much!

Although breakfast is not included, it’s perfectly fine and honestly not necessary, since there are several restaurants less than a one minute walk away. Everything is close by; as soon as you step outside the hotel you have an ocean view. In addition, there are some adorable furry neighbors that add a special touch. The manager is an absolute sweetheart she makes you feel comfortable and truly welcome, always super helpful and kind. The room and bathroom are spacious and very clean, we were lucky to have a balcony and it was simply perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Quality, comfort, price, service, and accessibility to everything. Simply a 10 out of 10.
