Located in Key West, this Florida adult-only inn offers complimentary, light continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi access. Amazing historic location in the middle of the old town. Super tranquil environment with lots of orchids, flowers, palm trees in the garden. 4 nice pools and very beautifully restored rooms and cottages. Also good breakfast provided every morning and amazing hosts either great tips for trips, i.e. the sunset sailing boat cruise! Thanks to the great team at Simonton for making our stay so great.

Staff was most caring and made our stay in this beautiful place and fantastic location perfect. It's quiet while being walking distance from Miami beach as well as many many fantastic places to eat.

Miami Beach Rooms B&B is situated in the South Beach district of Miami Beach, 500 metres from South Pointe Park Beach, 1.5 km from Fisher Island Beach and 500 metres from Jewish Museum of Florida. Location was great, very close walk to restaurants and the beach but not a noisy area at night. Parking garage ($20/day) was also walking distance but there were available street parking which were first come first serve so it was a hit or miss. Perfect size for a family. There were 9 of us and the rooms were great sizes to accommodate all comfortably. Very clean apartment and beds were very comfortable. The whole place was well equiped with the host always replenishing the fruits, water, snacks and condiments. The host Arzu is THE BEST you will meet. She is so responsive to my messages and inquiries, very accommodating and she checked on us daily to make sure everything is going well. We asked for an umbrella for the beach to borrow and she brought it right away. Overall, this was the best B&B experience I’ve had so far. THANK YOU ARZU FOR EVERYTHING!

Offering an outdoor pool and year-round outdoor pool, Seahorse Cottages on Sanibel is set in Sanibel in the Sanibel Island Region, 900 metres from Sanibel Lighthouse. Our unit was great and the bed was the best we have slept in for a while. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was super clean, new and comfortable.
