Boasting a rooftop pool overlooking the city, Best Western Papilio Hotel is conveniently located a 3-minute drive away from City of Tomorrow and a 10-minute drive from Surabaya Carnival Night Market. We only stayed one night but the staff had given us a complimentary piece of cake in our room which was nice :) As we had to check out at 04 a.m. we asked for breakfast to takeaway and were glad to receive a good breakfast! Thanks again!

Smooth check-in, they did not asked for deposit as stated before. Room upgraded for free, great location easy to go to 2 big malls, MRT, and concert venue.

Situated 1 km from ITC Mangga Dua shopping centre, Best Western Mangga Dua Hotel and Residence features an outdoor pool and a free shuttle service to popular shopping areas. Location was 7/10 was on the back lame but good value for money neat clean check in check out was super easy

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and delicious options to start the day. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and I really appreciated the extra pillow — such a thoughtful touch! The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, making my stay even more pleasant.
