Wonderful people, good breakfast, clean room. I must rate a 10 for the hotel for its service. I accidentally left my clothes in the closet after leaving the hotel for 2 hours. Then called the frontdesk who later helped me to find the items and gave me a suggestion on how to handle it. I had a few follow-up calls to various shifts of the front desk. All nice and kind people no matter what situation. Now I am busy on UPS website to arrange shipment, but they deserve my time to write a 'Thank You' review here! A good stop in Ashland if you need to drop by. BTW, they also have a good restraunt as neighbor, a plus.

Located along the ocean, adjacent to Agate State Beach, this Newport Oregon hotel features an indoor pool and a restaurant. Select rooms feature ocean views. Free Wi-Fi is offered in all rooms. Very nice room at a great location (6th Floor) we decided not to get a room with a view due to the cost difference however next time I think we would pay the additional amount.

Located off the I-5, Best Western Grants Pass Inn offers a seasonal outdoor pool and a year-round hot tub. A free daily breakfast is provided. Staff was extremely helpful during check-in, I had unforseen issues she helped me work around and find a solution. Management was very understanding when I mistakenly thought I had one more night, literally took me a hour and a half passed check-out to get completely out of the room. It was an unfortunate situation but they remained professional and kind. Granted I understood the importance of being out of the room as soon as I could.. Thank you, management and staff for understanding, definitely will be staying again although I'll be checking-out on time next time,.
