The property was beyond my expectation. They maintained it quite well. The staff Abrath and Zakhia always made sure that we were comfortable. We had one of our tastiest Kahwa from there. The view is yet another beautiful thing. The houseboat is located away from all the chaos. They made sure we had an amazing experience in Kashmir. and suggested every activity and place to visit in detail. and also helped with bargaining shikara ride and arranging it on time.It was our first day in srinagar and it turned out to be a beautiful experience because of them.

We stayed for 2 nights at Going Palace houseboat. It is a deluxe houseboat with intricately decorated. Rooms were nice and clean. The bathrooms were very clean. The facilities in the houseboat were very good. The staff - Wasim, Same er and Sams were very friendly and catered to all our requests.. The food was very homely and tasty. The houseboat location is also great with very good views and away from the sounds of the main road but not far from gate 12. Mr. Goona took special care that we are ok. Overall a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

He helped us in renting bike, Shikhara ride and provided guidance throughout our trip and even before our arrival to Kashmir. We will definitely stay again with them.
