The apartment was clean and modern. Large balcony. Fans provided in the summer. Plenty of kitchen equipment but we didn’t use. Hosts were very helpful. 10 minutes walk to the centre and 5 minutes to the outdoor swimming pool.

Great location close to the gondola. Excellent communication with the owner,, who was particularly accommodating when our arrival time was delayed due to delayed flights and trains.

The owner was very friendly, extremely helpful and very responsive. Cleaning lady extremely friendly, very helpful and ready to provide everything you need. Parking (although limited) in front of the house. Very good mattresses. Very spacious (can easily sleep 5 people) and clean flat. Very warm. Excellent location. 10min walking distance from the centre. Quiet area. Excellent location. Easy access from the South Entrance of Sank Johann. Traffic from the centre can be avoided. Fully equipped kitchen and flat. It has everything you need (coffee making machine, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.). Large Private storage room in the basement.

The apartment was big, clean, comfortable with great location and access to ski lift in walking distance. After skiing day you can ski almost in front of the apartment.

Sandy is the most gracious host. Breakfast was awesome in a very cozy dining area. The house is set up to accommodate skiers with a kids play room, lounge, and ski room fully equipped with boot/mitten dryers! Great location! Easy access to the train (and free!) if you want to ski Kitzbuhel. Only a 15 minute train ride to the base! If you are skiing St Johann, its right outside the door. Very short walk into town with great restaurants and other shopping.
