The building and the entire surroundings of the apartment were very tidy and organized, and there were several good grocery stores within easy walking distance, including a market within the building. Parking was never a problem. The views of the sea, the mountains and the sunsets from the sunroom were great, and the apartment seems spacious for two people. It was well stocked, and the washer was an appreciated convenience. Almost no noise could be heard in the apartment, and the area seemed very safe at all hours. The adjacent properties appeared to be mostly owner occupied, so one got a sense of routine life in the area, but the beach and the tourist scene were within a five-minute walk.

Nice apartment with located near the beach about 10 minutes. Parking for the car is about 500 m away. Mercadona 5 min from the apartment. We visited Torrox in February and it was a quiet place. Communication with the owner was very good and we got recommendations for everything we needed.
