Our stay at Casa Martinez was excellent! The room ,the location,the service,the welcoming by Katy and Philippe, the swimming pool and garden ..... everything was top ! Katy and Philippe are great hosts, so friendly and welcoming ! We hope to go back soon :)

This was an awesome experience and we’ll definitely come back next time we travel in this area. The room was really cute and clean, the bathroom was very spacious and the patio ( yes you have your own patio) was absolutely amazing with the best view. You can see the ancient Montroi tower from your window/patio. The host was really,really friendly and helpful. She cooked us the best and most delicious breakfast and coffee. There is a friendly dog, two cats and chickens on the property witch made our stay even better. We had a great night rest, very quiet and peaceful. Overall we had a great stay and we recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a peaceful place away from the crowds of the city.

Nice garden apart from very noisy frogs so I could not sleep the first night between the trafic, the frogs and the hits. The earplugs did not help the following night. I must have fallen asleep out of exhaustion. The pool has a good size but is overloaded with chlorine, our blond hair became green and my costume yellow. Same thing occurred to the pool towels supplied by the owner. Every time I left the pool I had to have a shower to go on the sun lounger as the chlorine was bad for the skin.

This was the first experience living in the villa for us. And this 4 days we spent there were absolutely amazing! Oh my god, this is just an unbelievable place, you can`t even imagine. I have travelled quite a lot, but I have never met such adorable hosts and such a great place to stay. The territory is beautiful, clean and so nice! You can spend hours sitting with a cup of coffee watching the wonderful valley or just sunbathe and relax in silence. If you are lucky, you will draw the attention of two friendly dogs while sitting outside:) The villa inside is like Narnia to France. You open the door and you are not in Spain any more. This villa is a masterpiece! The whole design is thought out to the smallest detail. But it is better to see it with your own eyes, as there are no such words to describe how beautiful and stylish everything is! And the smell inside the rooms is perfect. The breakfasts were fabulous! You eat like in the best French restaurant! We were impressed with these breakfasts and were waiting for them every morning like kids are waiting for presents:) Corinne (the host) makes breakfast with all her love and you really feel this. Both of the hosts, Corinne and Donat, are such thoughtful, caring and kind. They are very welcoming and interesting people. Villa Volubilis is an exceptional place! For us it was like a fairy tale with all these exquisite decorations, delicious breakfasts and such a kind caring treatment. You will definitely love this place, trust me.

A well equipped self catering apartment. Pool was very nice after a long, hot drive. Comfortable and practical for our one night stay. Secure parking behind locked gates.

Very kind hosts, quiet neighborhood, neat, cozy and clean apartment; radiators and gas stove for heating; parking place inside the property; nice dogs. Pool would be awesome if we would be there at summer.
