Marta and Manel are very warm people who do everything they can to ensure that their guests have a pleasant stay. Adjusting the very extensive breakfast with more fruit instead of hot dishes was no problem for them. They run their well-kept, immaculate B&B in the oldest house of St. Juliá de Vilatorta. It is very conveniently located, close to the pleasant, old episcopal city of Vic (with, among other things, a beautiful market square) and offers a direct connection to the highway so that the Catalan plateau and beautiful rural surroundings can easily be visited from here. Although the old house does not have air conditioning, the location is easily kept cool in tropical heat. Opening the windows ensures a pleasant indoor temperature in summer. Because the B&B borders a nice square, you can still hear chatter and enthusiastic young people in the evening, but this was no problem for us.

The owners of this house are the kindest people I have ever met. They helped and advised us with everything, and also introduced us to traditional Catalan food. They helped me get to the nearest city to hypermarkets for groceries and to the train station. We provided our own kitchen for use, as well as our own cool tablet coffee machine. House is located nearby shops, cafe bars. There is also a mountain with forest nearby if you like morning runs. The rooms were very tidy, the bathroom was very comfortable. Wifi works well too! I definitely recommend this place! And also, they have the cutest pets (cat and dog).

Fantastic house, I was plesently suprised with the little secret outside area, with the hammock. Really impressed, lovely house, felt like going back in time, with WIFI. Would come again.

The location is good,15-20 min on foot to the old town. The rooms are clean and very practical: not less, not more than what you need for one or two nights. The beds are comfortable and large. The cafe in the seminary is amazing: very nice welcoming staff, big portions, very tasty and cheap (for a main dish with meat plus a glass of wine plus either salad or dessert, I paid 15 euros). The seminary itself is very big and nice with a lot of events happening every day.
