Rebecca and Ian made us feel utterly welcome in their beautiful place. Newly renovated to their own high standards, the gite was impeccable. Rebecca and Ian are really nice people, interested and forthcoming and full of tips and recommandations. Le Bouchon is a treat, highly recommended for everyone who needs a break from it all in the French countryside.

We had the most brilliant stay at Katy's Barn. The place was huge! Plenty of space for the three of us. Very comfy rooms, well equipped kitchen and a lovely back garden. It was so wonderfully quiet and peaceful, a real treat to have stayed. Katy was the best host we have ever encountered. She gave us guidance on how to get to the venue, suggestions of places to visit and always made sure we were alright. Katy has three sweet dogs which roam around from time to time so ideally you need to be comfortable with dogs.

Loved absolutely everything. Greeted by the lovely hosts on arrival and shown around a glorious Gite, with wood burner alight and welcome pack in the kitchen. Everything was just as described and more. Every conceivable thing was provided, down to kindling, logs and firelighters. All was spotlessly clean and the three bedrooms all had on suite bathrooms. It was -1deg.C two nights, bit the gite was lovely and warm. There was a lovely swimming pool but we didnt venture in! Highly recommended and will definetely return.
