welcome of the family was really great, they made sure we had everything: hair dryer, towels, iron, body lotion and shampoo, clean sheet :) they were wery helpful with information where to go and what to do, they gave a charger when my broke, they called us a taxi when we needed it, we felt like a family and not as just guests
