Darren and Sara have really nailed it. This is as kids friendly as it gets and so we were able to relax too. Lovely pool, endless games on offer and a nice region to boot. Great work guys and thanks x

The host Michel was fabulous. He is fluent in English and made us very welcome in his lovely home. The pool is lovely, the hot tub is great and the roof terrace is fantastic. The house is well equipped with everything you need provided to cook your own meals etc. Even things like dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Michel gave us a jar of fresh made fig and raspberry jam which we used on croissants and toast as recommended. It was delicious! He also told us to help ourselves to some fresh figs from the tree so we ate some with some Mimolette cheese from a local supermarket. This house is very rural and the surrounding area is very peaceful. The night sky here is amazing as there is light pollution at all so you can see millions of stars.

Great place to be for families with a very large outdoor space and many activities & games available at the property. The swimming pool (with a safety lock & fence) was also a great asset to the place, as we could let our 2yo so to play around. The place is quaint & the owner very kind & pleasant to talk with - definitely recommended.

Property was beautifully finished. All of the amenities were thought of. Very comfortable, a home away from home. Lovely touches like providing coffee, tea, salt pepper, sugar, fruit and olive.oil. Lawrence and Martyn were very nice but the icing in the cake was their gorgeous sweet dog, Misty!

This place is great, we had a fantastic holiday of two weeks here! Jeremy is a perfect host, he is very friendly, always reachable en helps you with everything you need. The swimming pool is super, very clean and a great size for children and adults. The location offers so much activities within an hour driving, also with kids: caves, castles, little boats (so cool!), canoeing, climbing between the trees, too much to sum up. We loved the fact that the garden is walled so our kids could play safely everywhere on the property. We can't wait to go to Le Vieux Monastere again!
