10/10 recommend this apartment. Everything exceeded our expectations. They even had cosy Christmas decorations up including a cute little Christmas tree and homemade Christmas cookies as a welcome gift. The beds were super comfy with wonderful pillows and blankets. Our kids loved their room that even had some toys in front of it to play with. The bathroom, the sauna, the kitchen etc - it all looked brand new and super super clean. Great appliances for cooking & nice kitchenware etc. We also really loved the location- castle view from the bedroom, close to all the famous Christmas markets and cute little villages. 48 min away from Europa park - parking was perfect too We will def be back in the summer time and can only recommend this place for other travelers

Calm, local food shop (schedule a bit odd) and a few restaurants between 2 and 5 minutes by foot. Good starting point to visit Alsace!

Very warm welcome, very friendly hosts - made us and the dog feel very welcome. Our room was nice and the food was just excellent (we enjoyed the menu). The town of Saint-Hippolyte where the hotel is situated in a quiet side street is charming and beautiful. Can only recommend to visit and stay at this lovely place. We will be back.

We liked that this place is in a nice, little village that is more authentic and not as touristy as some of the nearby villages. Waking up in the morning to the sound of birds and the town clock. Pêche de Vigne & Spa is in a tiny village. It's so peaceful and beautiful. There's a wonderful variety of food at breakfast. Although it is a spa hotel, it is also a family friendly establishment and the pool can get crowded on hot days. Historic structure has been beautifully renovated. Comfortable room, lovely bathroom facilities. Very pleasant pool area. A good variety of tasty local produce for breakfast. Laurent was extremely helpful and accommodating with information for booking restaurants and wine tasting. We enjoyed the hotel being located in the lovely village of Rodern, whereas the website perhaps gives the impression of being out in the countryside amongst the vines.
