What a great location. So easy to walk around the local area and get to any of the surrounding towns. The apartment is beautiful and wonderfully laid out. Will keep it as an option to stay again!

La Maison du Bonheur is a lovely, well-equipped apartment on two floors in the center of Zellenberg. The main floor consists of a large dining room and kitchen. Upstairs is a large living room and off the living room is a nice bathroom. Another door off of the living room leads to a bedroom with Queen sized bed. There is another small room off of this bedroom that has a double bed. Upon arrival, we did not know how to get into the apartment and no one was there to meet us. The owner had sent us a message, but we didn't receive it before arriving. We called, left a message, and the owner called back immediately and was apologetic. He gave us directions and we found the key. Another problem was that the second bed was not made. We called the owner again and he said that we didn't ask for two beds, so he assumed that we only needed one. If you want both beds and you are only two people, then make sure you let him know in advance. The problem was quickly solved as he brought us sheets. He also brought us a bottle of wine from his vineyards which was excellent! The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. There is a restaurant right next door. We did not eat there, but it smelled wonderful. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Parking is available down at the entrance to the town, a few minutes' walk up the quiet street to the apartment. We loved our short stay here and look forward to returning again soon.

Very nice house in beautiful village, close to Colmar and Strasbourg, uncomplicated host, big bedrooms, clean and comfy, equipped with all necessary facilities, I would highly recommend this place.

We were welcomed by madame Carmen, who did everything she could to make us feel at home! This is a great place to stay, very easy to arrive by car, without having to go through small streets, but very nicely situated in a beautifull village. You can park for free and safe at 200 meters. When we were there, there even were storks on the roof. We had the large Reppolsheim room, with a nice kitchen, a very nice cooling and quiet airco. It is close to Riquewihr (5 min by car), 10 minutes to Kaisersberg, and 20 minutes to Colmar. I would recommend to friends and family, this is ideally situated, very cosy and all modern comforts, great host in mrs Carmen.

Zellenberg is a great base to visit many Alsatian villages and it has much to offer itself. The accommodation has been in center of that and had all that we need to feel the atmosphere of a small village of wine producers. We (family of 5 persons) had a great time there and the value for money was absolutely brilliant.

We stayed for 3 nights in the apartment downstairs and were very happy with everything - the hosts met us and explained everything, we could park our car in the yard, the facilities are exactly like described - kitchen with a s stove, herd, microwave, big fridge. The bed is comfy, the bathroom well equipped. The village is very pretty and it is a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Alsace area!
