Lovely, quirky cottage, great location. Owner checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed even had welcome biscuits and drink waiting for us. Log burner was fab and hot tub was great. Beds comfortable place was clean. Everything you would need in the kitchen was at hand.

Lovely welcoming host on arrival with a grand tour of the place. My friends and I found it very warming and comfortable to sit and have a drink together especially when the log burner was on! We also went for a day in out Carlisle (not far from accommodation) and managed to get a taxi for a reasonable price which was a bonus. Over all a lovely place to stay would recommend - will definitely be back if we ever decide to head the same way again! Thank you

Amir the manager was a delightful friendly - approachable and just great. Breakfast was generous with plenty of options of cereals etc. The manager made some special accommodations for us to have breakfast and even woke early himself to come and say good bye when he didn’t have to.
