A lovely will equipped and tidy bungalow. Comfortable beds. Useful sized TV. Good heating system. Parking as described. Beautiful location even if literally 'off the beaten track'. A proper little home from home. Directions and communication from owner excellent, although I'd recommend using 'what 3 words' app and the location blame.mass.airstrip in conjunction with a satnav app like WAZE to bring you to the door with the minimum of fuss. If walking is your thing, there's a nice walk taking you to the Helman Tor from halfway down the lane. The wi-fi is nothing to write home about, but we expected this from previous reviews. It's adequate for email and twitter etc, and best signal is in the main bedroom, which is why I'm not noting this as a negative. If you don't expect to be able to stream movies in HD then you won't be disappointed! Come prepared with provisions, because the local shops including supermarkets are at least a 10 minute drive.

Thanks to the excellent directions provided we were able to find the property as sat nav gave up due being so remote. A great house on two floors with 2 bathrooms. We used as a base to explore all around Cornwall and not far from the main amenities in Bodmin. Very quiet and as is on a part time working farm we had the joy of the cows coming in one day and had a bull looking through the window. Would recommend.

Remote no distractions, furnished simply but nicely , parking for the 4 accommodations really close, good spot for access to both coasts and moor.

The cottage is one of a group of four. It is basic but comfortable, about what you would expect for the price. As a couple with children flown, this was a good central location to see fishing towns, costal walks and houses/gardens all within an hour's travel, e.g.: Golitha Falls; Heligan; Lanhydrock; Padstow; Pencarrow; Port Isaac; The Eden Project; Tintagel; Travose Head; Trebah; Trelissick; Wheal Martyn. Bodmin is big enough to have three large supermarkets for provisions and some places to eat, when you want to go out. Loved the cows and rabbits just outside the kitchen window. They kept us entertained all week.
