the aesthetics of the room once it got dark and i turned all the lamps on was sooooo cosy! this is the perfect place to rest after exploring - it’s right on the a40 but you can’t hear the road once you’re all tucked in, and it was a nice walk down to the nearest pub. ample parking for two cars. Pitchfork and Provision in Llandrindod is great for a “crunchy”/healthy breakfast. photos are of Grain in carmarthen, cosy place for a nice pint.

What a lovely place to stay. The owners were friendly, accommodating and made us feel very welcomed. The annexe is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine and the car park is very wide. It’s very quiet and was lovely listening the birds. It lacks for nothing for a week’s stay. It has fantastic views from the lovely garden area at the back of the property by the entrance of the annexe. It is so quiet and peaceful. We loved it! We'll be back that's for sure
