She certainly made us feel very welcome (thank you)! The lodge is situated in stunning hills and mountains. Each trip to and from the property reveals a new stunning vista. At the end of a long day walking/sight seeing, the lodge was a wonderful, warm and cozy place to return to!

The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the location gave us immediate access to some great walking and cycling. The local town, Lochinver, is just a short drive and has the usual supermarket, butcher etc. but also has a famous pie shop with an amazing range of meat, veg and sweet pies.

In one word, it's fantastic:) A quaint little hut almost in the middle of nowhere on NC500 route near Clashnessie! A clean little hut with all the amenities for a simple stay. Hosts are wonderful 😊 and so are their little animals in their farmland. We thoroughly enjoyed our two days there and can't recommend enough this beautiful place :)
