Beautiful setting. Very welcoming and comfortable environment. My room was spacious with gorgeous views. I loved all the books and magazines in the room that encouraged relaxation and slowing down. Very peaceful.

However be aware stairs up to the rooms are really steep. And the noise from pub pool rooms etc underneath the bedrooms was pretty awful, so no real rest until pub closed but it was a Saturday night😮possibly not the best choice to stay when needing to rest up 🙈.

The house is beautiful, set in peaceful countryside with great walks from the doorstep. There are pretty villages and good pubs a short drive away.
