Ailsa is the perfect host, giving you all the space and autonomy you can wish for and at the same time being there to help with whatever you might possibly need. Wonderful little cottage. Perfect location for a NC500 stopover just outside Lochinver. Very friendly and attentive host. Comfortable single beds (which is sometimes a rarity). Great bathroom. Not too far from the cliffs and lighthouse which make for a stunning sunset view. Would love to come back for longer!

This is a spacious and well equipped properties with stunning views over the beach, the bay and up to Clashnessie Falls. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the location gave us immediate access to some great walking and cycling. The local town, Lochinver, is just a short drive and has the usual supermarket, butcher etc. but also has a famous pie shop with an amazing range of meat, veg and sweet pies.
